go tell aunt rhody, the old grey mare is dead

does anyone know what the name of this song may be?my grandfather and father used to sing it and this is the only part i remember

I believe it is "Go Tell Aunt Rhody". It's popular among Suzuki flute students and young music learners.

We used to sing this at my junior school 50 years ago.
