Ag teacht abhaile: Lyrics

Can anyone get me lyrics of Ag Teacht Abhaile? Think it's by Liam Harris. It was sang by the Glenflesk Ballad Group (Kerry and Munster Champions 2007) in last years Scór na nÓg final. It's on YouTube under "All-Ireland Ballad Group 2007" and the first verse goes something like "Nuair atá tú i bhfad ó bhaile, sin an t-am chun teacht abhaile, is ann a gheobhaidh tú síochán go deo."
